You need to use a VPN on a site like Stake. If you're not in PA then you can't legally play Evolution's offerings currently (Evolution says they're working now to get licensed in Michigan and New Jersey for craps). Also most sites offer extremely low minimums ($0.50-$1) which you'll pretty much never find in any IRL casino. Definitely the best product online in my opinion. But it's real dice bouncing around with a real dealer you can interact with via chat. It's pretty faithful with a few exceptions: No hop bets are offered outside of 2, 3, 11, 12. Evolution Gaming is the only provider I know of that has this, and they are only currently licensed in Pennsylvania for the US market. Then there's Live craps, which is a live studio with a real person throwing real dice using a robot arm.
